Senior HR Officer

What we are looking for


A meticulous experienced HR who can lead and proactively deliver the full range of HR services to managers and employees based in IFP Group offices. The focus of activity involves partnering closely with all employees on all HR related matters such as payroll, policies implementation, on-boarding, employee engagement, culture, employee relations, succession planning, performance management, compensation management, supplier management, and administrative among others.


Your main tasks will be

  • Build applicants' data bank by placing job advertisements; contacting and coordinating with recruiters, employment agencies, university career offices, Lebanese student associations abroad, job fairs, etc.

  • Implement the recruitment and selection process for all organizational levels, from the screening stage to the interviewing stage (phone, face to face, panel interviews), to verifying references and extending the final job offer as per set requirements and budget

  • Supervise the administrative & general services team including receptionists, admin officers, and drivers

  • Coordinate on lease, license and insurance renewals for IFP Group offices with HR counterparts, finance, and legal teams

  • Prepare all types of certificates requested by employees

  • Prepare employees’ insurance policy renewals with the relevant insurance firm and answer their medical coverage requests

  • Monitor and extract employees’ daily attendance reports

  • Prepare the Group’s payroll records on a monthly basis by reviewing changes in NSSF and MOF, leaves balance, and attendance related deductions in coordination with the Accounting & Finance Department; and liaise with the concerned banks to implement salary transfers

  • Fill the necessary forms required by government authorities (NSSF, MOF, MOL), related to newly hired or departing employees

  • Prepare payroll and end of service calculations for departing employees and perform exit interviews accordingly

  • Monitor the understanding and implementation of IFP’s HR policies and procedures and support management with resolving policy breaches through necessary disciplinary actions.

  • Advise managers and staff on specific performance, career development, attendance, or conduct and ensure that all disciplinary actions are dealt with

  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations and liaise with the company lawyer on these issues when needed

  • Ensure organizational compliance with national employment laws of IFP’s countries of operations

Do you have what it takes? 
Education: BA/BS in Business, Human Resources, Political Science, Public Administration, or similar. Masters in Human Resources is a plus

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role

Language: High Proficiency in English and Arabic. French is a plus

  • Microsoft Office, Ability to work on company's HRMS

  • NSSF and Labor Law regulations

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills 

  • Ability to work within a changing or ambiguous environment 

  • Excellent multitasking, coordination, and organization skills

  • Strong attention to details

  • Discretion and confidentiality

  • Ability to manage relationships with suppliers against agreed deadlines

What we are looking for


We're looking for energetic, detail and customer oriented people who are pleasant over the phone.


Your main tasks will be

  1. Enter exhibitions visitors’ data including individual name, position, company, company address, email, phone number, and other details into IFP's Customer Relationship Management system
  2. Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
  3. Modify incomplete information, remove duplicates and report them to the database department supervisor
  4. Execute data research and updates through conducting phone calls to visitors
